Blog Exchange Roundup #6

This is the last roundup of the Nonprofit Blog Exchange for 2006 posts. The themes in this roundup include end of year roundups, fundraising, and the social web.

End of Year Roundups / Entries

What were the most important charity stories of 2006? Dan of Where Most Needed shares his opinions on this topic at the Twenty Most Important Charity Stories of 2006.

Fundraising

Sarah of Freedom for IP is looking for a way to create a nonprofit wishlist and wrote her thoughts about this on her entry titled
nonprofit wishlist. Michele of the Bamboo Project read her post and it inspired her to write an entry.

The President & CEO of the National Wildlife Federation posted a special message on their blog
about supporting NWF and saving the grizzly bear.

Heather of Aspiration wrote about
Wikipedia's Fundraising strategy.

"What motivates you to give to charity? What puts you off?" These questions were asked at CBC radio, a station in Canada. The fundit blog points their readers to this resource in their entry titled
CBC phone-in all about giving.

The Healthy Blog, the blog for HCFA, wrote an entry
encouraging their readers to make a donation.

Michael of See3 wrote an entry for the
Tsunami Anniversary and encourages his readers to make a donation to an organization.

ThaRum wrote an entry about the
